- ¼ teaspoon turmeric
- 2 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- Finely dice
- 1 cup yellow onion
- Thaw
- 16 oz frozen spinach
- Mince
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 2 teaspoon jalapeno
Cook
- Bring medium pan to medium heat and add
- 2 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- Once the mustard seeds have begun to pop turn the heat to low and add:
- 1 cup yellow onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 2 teaspoon jalapeno
- 16 oz frozen spinach
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric
- Bring medium pan back to medium heat and cook for 10 minutes and constantly stir to avoid burning the spinach.
